He just won't let me be.

I am feeling tired. The kind of tiredness you feel when you are halfway through your nap. He won't let me be. He has not taken his afternoon nap and I am sure he will be cranky later when he goes to school.

Finally managed to get the batteries for my xpro1. Decided to play with Snapseed and I got this. Idris going to school.

We sent idris to kk hospital yesterday. We were worried about his fever and cough which never really subsided. I was happy to hear that his lungs and ears were clear and it could just be a viral thing. His mom is also coughing and between the two of them, they tire each other out..

Su went on leave today, child sick leave. She will be back to work tomorrow.

Went to the playground on the fourth floor. Got some sun. But that did not tire idris out. But he does seems go be better today.

His hair cut.

Idris is having his hair cut by our neighbor, yoke Peng. She has cut both Adam's and idris's hair since they were born.

This is the second time idris welcome having his hair cut. Usually he will bawl and screamed as loud as he can while his hair is being cut.

Missing school.

He is missing school 3 days in a row. He has runny nose and he coughs a bit here and there. Because of his runny nose, we decided that he should stay at home.

Hopefully he will get better. Maybe he needs more sun.

He is really getting quite good using the iPad. And he really likes those heavy machinery like excavators and stuff. We might be bringing him to East Coast Park tomorrow.

Today, he demonstrated the he can take charge of the macbook and the mouse pad. Now to learn how to spell.

Going to school.

This should be his 5th of going to school. Still settling into his routine. He loves it when he is there, he just hates going there. I would too seeing how much more interesting it is in the car.

Him, wearing his uniform for the first time. And he has not cried in class since the first day. Very surprised but yet very proud of him.

Soon it will be time to go to school. Except this time there will be no o-Mak. It will just be me and Smelli. I hope he will be fine.

Just been woken up by him. After a slow Thursday night in looking for the remaining 8 trips. It was a good nap nevertheless.

He was expecting this. He KNEW we went to a bakery. We managed to strike a bargained that he should shower first and he did. And so, here he is. All ready to blow HIS candles on HIS birthday cake. So here today, I present to you, the rest of the world, Idris, a Hero in the making. A Hero to his family, his parents and to whoever needs him. May Allah s.w.t shower him with his love as much if not more than how his parents love him and may he grow up to be an one fantastic individual. Amin.
